Tinubu, Wife Show Off Dancing Skills At Presidential Inauguration Ball
President Bola Tinubu and his wife, Remi, enjoyed their first dance at the presidential inaugural ball on Monday night, as the crowd applauded them on.
Tinubu was sworn in as Nigeria’s sixteenth president at Eagle Square in the federal capital territory (FCT).
His inauguration event marked the end of Muhammadu Buhari’s eight-year presidency.
Business and political figures, as well as foreign presidents, attended the event.
The after-party ceremony, held at the presidential mansion in Abuja, featured a fantastic performance by Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam 1.
Tinubu joined his wife on the dance floor as the couple performed ‘What A Wonderful World,’ a classic song by Louis Armstrong.
The dance became more intense as Kwam 1 seized the microphone and performed some of his hit tunes.
Kashim Shettima and his wife eventually joined the president and his wife on the dance floor.
