The Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos) on Wednesday said they have agreed with the federal government to provide two-month of free electricity to their customers nationwide.
The Executive Director, Research and Advocacy at the Association of Nigeiarian Electricity Distributors (ANED), Barrister Sunday Oduntan, in a statement announced this new development.
Barr. Oduntan also stated that the initiative is a fulfilment of the DisCos’ commitments to Nigerians, working alongside the federal government to ease the hardship currently been experienced by many citizens during the period of the lock down.
