Mark Zuckerberg Trains With UFC Champs Adesanya, Alexander
Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, was spotted on Tuesday working out with UFC champions Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.
The image of his training session with the UFC champions has fueled more rumors that he and Twitter CEO Elon Musk could engage in mixed martial arts combat.
Remember that a few weeks ago, online teasing began about the possibility of an MMA match between the two tech experts.
However, since Zuckerberg unveiled his Twitter-like service called Threads, animosity between the two has increased.
On July 5, 2023, Threads became live, and since then it has amassed more than 100 million users globally.
Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, thinks that Threads was only made feasible through “cheating.”
Musk said this in response to a tweet claiming that on Friday, July 7, 2023, Twitter would sue Facebook and Instagram’s parent company Meta for deceiving users with its new app Threads. Competition is good, but cheating is not, Musk tweeted.
The two tech titans have once again re-issued their friendly challenge to engage in a cage battle as their online debates about the new app have heated up.
While some may have dismissed the suggestion of an MMA match as fun banter between the two powerful people, the anticipation for this unexpected confrontation grew as both of them were photographed working out with MMA fighters.
It’s an honor to train with you guys, Zuckerberg commented in response to his photo with UFC champions Adesanya and Volkanovski.
The Last Stylebender, who published pictures of the training session, responded by writing, “No fugazi with Mark. This is a Serious Matter.
The UFC featherweight champion Volkanovski added, “@zuck you’re a beast! It’s always nice to catch up.
On Tuesday, July 3, 2023, Musk was also seen with UFC legend Georges St-Pierre, suggesting that he may already be in a training session.
