Guinness Nigeria has announced a new policy that will now offer female employees 26 weeks fully paid parental leave and male employees 4weeks paternity leave.

Speaking on this, the Managing Director of Guinness, Bakar Manguda states that Guinness Nigeria is committed to ensuring that each staff can work in a friendly and conducive environment that will increase both productivity and satisfaction.
