The Presidential Task Force Committee on COVID-19 in Nigeria, lead by Nasiru Sani Gwarzo, has said that the cause of the mysterious deaths recorded in Kano State in recent days is Covid-19.
According to Dr Gwarzo the final report will be ready next week to give proper details as to how they discorvered the cause of the mysterious deaths in the state.Recall that Governor Umaru Ganduje had stated that the cause of the deaths was malaria, diabeties and hypertension.
This news however confirms the speculations by Nigerians that contrary to what the governor had said, coronavirus had been the cause.
